Location and transport
Ölüdeniz is located on Turkey’s southwest coast. You can reach the Blue Lagoon resort village by dolmuş, cab or rented car from Fethiye, 6.9 miles (11.2 kilometres) away. Ölüdeniz is warm year-round and a great destination for a day trip from Fethiye.

Furniture
Our apartments have everything you need: electrical equipment and furniture to create the atmosphere of a cosy home.
Apart from the sunny balcony, huge swimming pool, garden, air-conditioning system and TV, we are glad to provide additional equipment such as umbrellas, chaise lounges, barbecue, shower.
It has a living room, shower, lavatory and two bedrooms.
The first bedroom consists of the double bed, wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables, make-up table, air-conditioning and bathroom.

Ölüdeniz
Ölüdeniz (literally the Dead Sea, due to its calm waters even during storms; official translation name Blue Lagoon) is a small neighbourhood and beach resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla Province, on the Turquoise Coast of southwestern Turkey, at the conjunction point of the Aegean and Mediterranean sea. It is located 14 km (9 mi) to the south of Fethiye, near Mount Babadağ.
It has a sandy bay at the mouth of Ölüdeniz, on a blue lagoon. The beach itself is a pebble beach. The lagoon is a national nature reserve and construction is strictly prohibited. The seawater of Ölüdeniz is famous for its shades of turquoise and aquamarine, while its beach is an official Blue Flag beach.
Fethiye
Fethiye is a well-known province of Mugla city. It is located on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, 50 Km away from Dalaman airport. Fethiye is located on the old ancient city of “Telmessos”, the ruins of which you can see in the town as well as theatre. Nature here is doubtlessly beautiful.
Nowadays Fethiye has its international atmosphere. It definitely has everything what a tourist is seeking for. Kayaköy
Kayaköy, anciently known in Greek as Karymlassos, shortened to Lebessos and pronounced in Modern Greek as Livissi, is presently a village 8 km south of Fethiye in southwestern Turkey in the old Lycia province. From Ancient Greek the town name shifted to Koine Greek by the Roman period, evolved into Byzantine Greek in the Middle Ages, and finally became the Modern Greek name still used by its townspeople before their final evacuation in 1923.
Today life in Kaya Koy continues much as it has in the past and pleasant walks amongst the still functioning farms can be enjoyed. Take the road to Gemiler to discover the hidden treasure that is Afkula Monastery. There are many restaurants offering a warm welcome and local shops can provide for your immediate needs.
Booking
Tell us your arrival dates and we will make a reservation for you in the customer service department at Mayadem Tourism Rentals if you pay 35% of the rent as an ordering deposit to our bank account.
• We will confirm the receipt of your deposit and then give you an order voucher.
• You need to pay the rest of the rental and other additional services payment no later than 15 days after booking
• We accept Turkish Lira, Dollars, Euros or Pounds Sterling. You should pay a breakage deposit of $ 100 upon arrival and it will be refunded after a satisfactory property inspection.
Our check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Cost is inclusive of commission fees.
